How does SwiftListAgent generate listing content?
When you submit a property, SwiftListAgent sends the details to Anthropic's Claude AI along with your brand profile and tone preferences. Claude generates seven types of marketing content (MLS description, three social media captions for Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn, email campaign, 60-second video script, open house guide, pricing and market analysis, and a branded listing presentation PDF), all personalized to your brand voice.
Can I edit the generated content?
Yes. Every section of generated content can be edited directly in the submission detail view. You can also regenerate individual sections without affecting the rest of the package. Once you're happy with the content, regenerate the PDF to include your changes.
What's included in each plan?
Starter ($49.99/mo): 15 listings per month, 1 seat. Six content types: MLS description, social captions, email campaign, video script, open house guide, and the branded listing presentation PDF.
Pro ($99.99/mo): 50 listings per month, 1 seat, 7-day free trial. Everything in Starter plus market analysis with pricing guidance, the custom brand kit (logo, colors, agent name), brand voice training, the PDF template picker, and the advanced AI model.
Agency ($299.99/mo): Unlimited listings, 5 team seats. Everything in Pro plus team management, broker analytics dashboard, and priority phone & same-day support.
Pro ($99.99/mo): 50 listings per month, 1 seat, 7-day free trial. Everything in Starter plus market analysis with pricing guidance, the custom brand kit (logo, colors, agent name), brand voice training, the PDF template picker, and the advanced AI model.

How do I set up my brand profile?
After signing up, go to the Brand Kit page from your dashboard. Upload your logo, set your brand colors, and fill in your brokerage details. Then visit the Tone Profile page to paste examples of your writing. The AI will analyze your style and use it for all future content generation.
Is my data and listing information secure?
Yes. All data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest (AES-256). Passwords are hashed with bcrypt. Payments are processed by Stripe (PCI DSS Level 1). Your property data sent to the AI is not used for model training. See our Security page for full details.
Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
Yes. You can cancel your subscription from the Billing page in your dashboard at any time. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period. We don't charge cancellation fees.
